What we agree to

We provide PermitUSB as described on the marketing site and in the documentation. We operate the cloud control plane, ship agent updates, and respond to support requests in good faith.

What you agree to

• Use PermitUSB to control USB devices on endpoints you own or are authorized to manage.
• Don't try to reverse, bypass, or disrupt the service or other tenants.
• Pay your subscription. Cancel any time; Stripe handles the mechanics.

Liability

v1 is user-mode enforcement. We're upfront about its limits in the documentation and the marketing site. PermitUSB is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is capped at fees paid in the previous 12 months.

Termination

Either side can terminate. We delete your data 30 days after a final billing cycle unless you ask us to delete sooner.
